Cancellation Policy 

At Jeep Experience, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please review the details below to understand our terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. 

Notice Period and Refund Policy 

  • 30 days or more prior to the scheduled service date: 
  • Eligible for a 100% refund. 
  • 29 to 15 days prior to the scheduled service date: 
  • Eligible for a 75% refund. 
  • 14 to 4 days prior to the scheduled service date: 
  • Eligible for a 50% refund. 
  • 3 days to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date: 
  • No refund will be issued. 

Exceptions 

Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy. All cancellations must adhere to the notice periods and corresponding refund amounts outlined above.
